On a still and mild late fall afternoon, Keleigh and Sean headed to East Sooke Park, for their engagement photos. One of the prettiest and relatively quiet locations in the Greater Victoria area, save for a photobombing puppy! “We both grew up near the beach; me on the island and Sean in California and are tying the knot on a beach on the East coast of the island next summer. We knew we wanted our fall engagement pictures by the water and chose Sooke because we wanted to capture the diverse coasts of the island for our respective photos.” - Keleigh

Vintage roaring 20’s elegance, contrasting with vibrant Sikh traditions - Bhavi and Emily tied the knot in unique style before their friends and family on September 28, 2019. The couple brought their two families and cultures together, first with a ceremony at KDS Victoria and then with an exuberant reception at Our Lady of Fatima Hall.

Keeping with a cherished family tradition, Brittany and Ben were married in front of some 200 friends and family at St. Leopold Church, in Victoria B.C., on a September 21, 2019. Neither the groom nor the bride are particularly religious, but it was important to Brittany’s family for the couple to get married in the Croatian Church.

Staying true to their laid-back personalities, the decor was simple rustic west-coast style with driftwood - including a driftwood wedding arch - and pebbles that were all returned to their location following the ceremony. “We both love the ocean and outdoors, and actually got engaged close by. We thought it would be perfect to exchange our vows and celebrate our love in front of our family and friends looking out to the sea.” - Nicole

It was a beautiful summer afternoon, in late July when Kara and David tied the knot in front of 180 of their friends and family at Beacon Hill Park, before celebrating the night away at The Delta Ocean Point Resort.

Rose Gold is Jessica’s favorite colour and red is Mat's so the couple found that these colours worked well together. The decor was full of DYI details of geo shapes with tones of burgundy, wine, blush, rose gold and navy blue, which the whole family chipped in to bring to fruition.

The wedding theme was "romantic west coast" - with light and peachy pinks and navy blue as the base colours, to compliment the forest greens. Growing up, both Matt and Breezy spent a lot of time camping and hiking, so were both drawn to having their ceremony in the forest and building their wedding theme around the setting.
