Some photo sessions are carefully planned weeks in advance. And then there are the magical ones that take you by surprise…
This anniversary shoot took place during a brief evening stop in Corfu while this lovely couple was visiting on a cruise through the Mediterranean. With only a short window before they had to return to their ship, we met in the narrow streets of Corfu Old Town just as the sun was setting.
In less than fifteen minutes, the golden hour slipped into blue hour and the Venetian lanterns began to glow against the old stone streets. With espresso freddos still in hand from a nearby café, Cassidy and Jared paused their evening stroll and turned a simple moment into a small anniversary celebration in the heart of Corfu.
“We’re celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary with a Mediterranean cruise, traveling all the way from Texas, and Corfu just happened to steal our hearts,” Cassidy shared.
Jared laughed as they walked through the lantern-lit streets. “What started as a simple stroll through the town suddenly turned into something really special when we met Jitka.”
“This whole trip has been about slowing down, soaking in beautiful places, and choosing adventure together,” Cassidy said. “These photos captured exactly that feeling for us.”
Jared added, “Jitka was incredibly professional and made everything feel effortless. She guided us with posing, helped us relax, and somehow turned a spontaneous moment into one of the most memorable parts of our trip.”
