After photographing Lorena and Jeremy’s engagement and wedding, I was so thrilled when Lorena contacted me from their new home in northern B.C. to say they would be coming to Victoria, and asking if I could document their maternity session!

With our baby girl on the way, we could not think of a better person to capture one more of our special moments in our journey than Jitka. It was so worth the trip back to Victoria and the adventure we had finding the right place and fighting the unpredictable Victoria weather for our photos!” - Lorena
“It’s always great to come home. We moved in BC to a new location for new job opportunities, but when we found out we were expecting a baby in December, we knew we would have to come back at some point to get more photos with Jitka. The weather wasn’t what we expected, but when things change, there is not much you can do but go with the flow!” - Jeremy
And how unpredictable the weather was, with blasting hot sunshine, then rolling fog, more sun, more fog and then finally a brilliant summer’s day, all in the space of minutes! However I think the photos turned out all the more beautiful for the variety!
